I know each wedding is different: what is important to you might not matter to someone else.

 

I beleive it is essential to take my time to understand your vision and your needs and work with you to achieve these. 

 

Too many people don't listen - let me be the person that listens to you. 

From the moment you enquire with me until after you've received your final gallery, I'll be there to help in any way I can.

 

Once you have paid your deposit and signed your contract, I am officially booked for your wedding date! If we haven't already met face to face and we aren't too far from each other, I'm more than happy to meet you both for a cuppa and chat about all things wedding (or any topic really).

If we're a little too far, let's zoom! (We're all pretty acquainted with a zoom call these days)

01.

Let's get to know each other..  Tell me about what is really important to you, and put together a bespoke package based on your needs & vision.

If turn around times and work loads allow, receive a small sneak peek within 1 week of  your wedding, via your own online portal

Once you are happy with your chosen services, I will set you up with your own client portal. Once you have signed your booking proposal and paid a booking fee you are secured in the diary.

05.

Receive your final password protected, online gallery 4-8 weeks from your wedding date.

03.

Enjoy your engagement and wedding countdown! & don't be afraid to ask for help 

Check-in 1-2 months prior to your big day, fill out 'pre wedding' questionnaire and nail down timings & details 

If you need to touch base more than this then that is fine! We can book calls in to keep in touch. 

06.

Receive any prints, albums or heirloom boxes after the delivery of your main gallery.

When will I receive my photos/video?

All galleries are delivered within 4-8 weeks after your event date. Delivery time may vary depending on if your event is during peak season. I will always communicate any changes to your gallery delivery times.

Can you help me put together my time line?

Yes! Of course! I love anything to do with wedding planning, so if you need any help with final details I'd be happy to help you put those together.

How do I get my images/video?

All images/videos are delivered online via a secure password protected gallery. You can easily view, share and download your images, with no limit to downloads. It is recommended that you store/back up your images/video to an external source (hard drive or memory stick) to ensure your memories are safe forever!

Do you have back up cameras & equipment?

Yes, I have backup cameras, memory cards, batteries, lenses (the list goes on!)

My timeline has changed, will that affect my booking with you?

Do let me know ASAP if there are any changes to your wedding plans. Ultimately, it probably won't cause too much of an issue however if you have booked a shorter package and need to extend coverage, we can discuss this.

Do we have to pay for a meal for you?

Ultimately, no - however if you don't have facilities at the venue where I can secure a hot meal for myself, a 'supplier meal' (usually provided by catering) would be gratefully received.
